Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026. This policy covers LeadsIce websites and the WA Number Checker Chrome extension.

1. What LeadsIce provides

LeadsIce provides web-based and browser-extension tools for lead list checking, prospecting workflow support, and export sales operations.

2. Data processed by WA Number Checker

The extension may process phone numbers entered by the user, Excel files selected by the user, check results, WhatsApp display names when available, interface language, progress, logs, local history, trial status, subscription status, and usage counts.

3. Local processing

Phone lists, imported spreadsheets, check history, and exported results are processed locally in the user's browser. LeadsIce does not require users to upload imported phone lists to LeadsIce servers for the extension's checking workflow.

4. Account and subscription data

When subscription features are enabled, LeadsIce may process account email, license or subscription identifiers, plan status, trial dates, daily usage counts, device identifiers used for abuse prevention, and billing provider customer or subscription identifiers.

5. How data is used

Data is used to provide product functionality, enforce free and paid plan limits, deliver support, manage subscriptions, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Data sharing

LeadsIce does not sell user data. LeadsIce may use payment processors, hosting providers, and support tools only as needed to operate the service.

7. Permissions

WA Number Checker uses Chrome permissions for storage, tabs, scripting, clipboardWrite, and access to WhatsApp Web only for the user-requested checking workflow.

8. Remote code

The extension does not load remote executable code. Runtime JavaScript used by the extension is packaged with the extension.

9. User control

Users can clear local check history inside the extension, uninstall the extension, or contact [email protected] for account and billing support.

10. Third-party affiliation

LeadsIce and WA Number Checker are not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or Chrome. Third-party brand names are used only to identify compatible services.
